Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales team.


The Pre-Sales Consultant will be responsible for understanding our product offerings and conveying this understanding to potential clients, answering their queries and providing tailored solutions.


Our ideal candidate should be able to effectively communicate the technical and business benefits of our solutions, conduct product demonstrations and work collaboratively with our sales team to meet client needs.


Ultimately, the role of the Pre-Sales Consultant is to provide technical assistance to our sales team, drive revenue growth, and help build customer relationships that add value to the company.


Role & responsibilities:

  • Ability to conduct market research, use cases creation, identify the latest trends and patterns in Healthcare Tech space.
  • Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
  • Interacting with potential clients to determine their needs.
  • Identifying and understanding customer/client requirements
  • Provide technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through superior service and support
  • Explaining the value of the company's products or services
  • Prepare and present product proposals and RFIs.
  • Provide technical support during the sales process, including identifying and managing technical risks
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies

Preferred candidate profile

  • Presales activity experience of 12 -14 years (healthcare domain added advantage)
  • Sound knowledge on Software development life cycle and requirement gathering.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information in an accessible way to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
