Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HubSpot Specialist to join our team.

As a HubSpot Developer/Analyst, you will work on various projects involving the implementation, customization, and maintenance of HubSpot CRM and Marketing tools for our clients.
In this role, you will:
Analyze and make recommendations for the implementation, customization, and maintenance of HubSpot CRM and Marketing tools for our clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop marketing automation workflows, email templates, landing pages, forms, and lead scoring models within the HubSpot platform
Work closely with our team to understand the clients' goals, objectives, and requirements, and recommend solutions to achieve them using HubSpot tools
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HubSpot CRM and Marketing tools
Assist in data migration and integration projects
Communicate project status, risks, and challenges effectively to project stakeholders

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HubSpot CRM and Marketing tools implementation and customization
Strong understanding of inbound marketing and sales processes
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with API integrations and data migration
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Certified Developer, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification) is a plus
Prior experience working in a digital agency or marketing environment is preferred
