Job Description

We are urgently looking for various positions in our organizations:


1. Sales Commercial Lines: 10 positions

  • Designation Manager and above
  • Experience - 12+ years' experience in Insurance Sales domain


Job Descriptions: -

  • Need to Specialized in Commercial lines of Business Property, Marine Cargo, Employee benefits (H&PA), Liability, Fire, Engineering and Miscellaneous etc.
  • Developing strong relationship and generating fresh business from various companies.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
  • Ensuring organic growth by endeavouring to acquire clients entire portfolio of commercial / retail insurance.
  • Coordinating with management and other departments to ensure smooth functioning.

2. Reinsurance - Facultative: 3 positions


  • Reinsurance - Facultative - Domestic: 1 position
  • Designation - Manager
  • Experience - Min 5 Years

  • Reinsurance - Facultative - International: 2 positions
  • Designation Vice President
  • Experience - Min 8 Years

Job Descriptions: -

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with reinsurance market participants.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand business.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Design policies and procedures including underwriting procedures for placements of reinsurance, claims handling, technical accounting and management reporting.
  • Work with the underwriting team to formulate and execute the most appropriate reinsurance structure for both treaty and facultative reinsurance.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.

Required Candidate Profile: -

  • Commerce Graduate / Post-Graduate with Good Academic (Preferred Graduate with Banking & Insurance Specialization)
  • Associate / Fellow of Insurance Institute of India (Preferred)
  • Experience of 4 years in Reinsurance Facultative Business (Preferred)
  • Good Communication skills
  • Excellent Command on MS-Office Suite Applications


3. Client Servicing - Non-EB: 2 positions

  • Designation Assistant Manager
  • Experience - Min 4 Years

Job Descriptions: -

  • Thoroughly understand clients' requirements and risks to offer the optimal insurance solution.
  • Maintain communication and strengthen client relationships via calls, emails, meetings, etc. on a continuous basis.
  • Liaison with the insurance company
  • Coordinate with other departments such as Underwriting, Claims, Operations etc. for completion of relevant business processes
  • Maintain documents and adhere to the company's data management systems and procedures as communicated from time to time.
  • Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new business/clients to achieve set business targets.
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities to the team and ensure accountability for the same.

Required Candidate profile:-

  • 5+ years of experience in the general insurance industry and in-depth knowledge of various products
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to travel
  • Candidates with existing business relationships are desirable


4. Life -: 1 positions

  • Designation Assistant Manager
  • Experience - Min 4 Years

Job Descriptions: -


Group Life Business

  • Underwriting & Placement for life / Group / Group Gratuity business Retail & corporate
  • Meeting and Convincing our SME and MSME Customers For Group Products
  • Documentation and Proposal Set including KYC.
  • Doing Activities inside Corporate Campus for Tax Benefits or cross sale
  • Meeting Insurance Cos and gaining more knowledge of products and the right mix.

Retail relationships

  • Pushing Retail Sales at all levels , including Retail at corporates
  • Coordinate with underwriting team and operation team.
  • Entries in CRM Software (Fresh or Renewal)
  • Coordinating with clients, sending reminders and other communication
  • Coordinate with claims team and stay appraised on claims status.
  • Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visits and convert the lead to sales.
  • Cross-Sell / Up Sell Products.
  • Any other duty assigned by the management.

Required Candidate profile

  • Should have a minimum of 5 years and above experience in Insurance sales.
  • Should have average job stability of 4 years and above.
  • Competence with reporting and information management tools, including MS Office (Excel/Word/Powerpoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a constantly changing environment.


5. HEALTH CLAIMS :- 2 Positions

  • Designation Assistant Manager
  • Experience - Min 4 Years

Job Descriptions: -

  • Preparing Claim files for reimbursement
  • Talking to clients and assisting them for documentation and additional requirement.
  • Continuously follow-up till the cashless approved and final settlement
  • Must possess knowledge and skills in computer especially in Microsoft Office packages, Microsoft Excel.
  • Provide excellent customer service and provide support to retain and acquire profitable business of the company
  • Should have excellent written and Verbal English Communication.
  • Should have strong organisational skills
  • Cashless Claim Process: Coordinating with insurance companies, Hospitals and Clients for fast settlement.
  • Reimbursement Claim process: - Coordinating with insurance companies and Clients for requirement, settlement and drafting.
  • Record Management: Maintain softcopies of all the claim files, documents given by the customers and prepare database.
  • Customer Service: - Daily update the status of claim to client and Keep always in loop.
  • Internal Reporting: Sharing daily report and feedback to TEAM by maintaining daily issues tracker while dealing with insurance partners, internal teams and clients.
  • Proactive in understanding various service issues and close them within stipulated time along with good level co-ordination.
  • Quality in negotiations & frequent dialogue with insurance company employees, internal claim team and regular clients.
  • Complete Responsibility to protect digital records, assigned data with integrity and should not be disclosed with any third-party without knowledge of reporting manager.

Required Candidate Profile: -

  • Should be proficient in Computer handling, English communication, Email writing skills.
  • Graduate, any additional insurance qualification is desired but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Excel with Knowledge of V-look up, Pivot table and Advance Excel is Preferred.
  • Candidates having knowledge of operations back-office process will be preferred.
  • Preparation of Daily, Monthly, Quarterly MIS Reports and TAT reports.
  • Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate with Good Academic (Preferred Graduate with Banking & Insurance Specialization).
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Excel with Knowledge of V-look up, Pivot table and Advance Excel is Preferred.
