- Job Overview:We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with 12-13 years of experience (including 5-6 years spent in engineering development/QA of products) in managing and delivering complex technology projects
- The ideal candidate will have astrong technical background, expertise in leading engineering teams, infrastructure projects, and software development initiatives, and acustomer-first attitude
- This role requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic planning, and managerial skills to drive operational excellence while ensuring timely and high-quality project execution
- Must-Have Skills: Technical Project Management Experience (12-13 years) in software development, infrastructure, or cloud-based environments including 5-6 years of actual engineering experience
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices
- Experience working with engineering teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions Hands-on technical expertise in one or more areas: cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), storage, networking, databases, or DevOps
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and budget control
- Expertise in stakeholder management, including senior leadership and clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and drive resolutions
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, DevOps, and sales) Proficiency in Project Management Tools (MS Excel, JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Trello, etc
- ) Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to influence teams and drive results Conscious use of technology, including AI, to expedite tasks while ensuring due diligence to security
- Good-to-Have Skills: PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification Strong understanding of Cloud technologies, Microservices, or API-based architectures Experience managing Storage, Networking, Backup, or SaaS-based projects Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Exposure to machine learning or AI-driven projects Experience working with global teams across different time zones

- Attention to Detail: Ensure all technical and project deliverables meet quality standards
- Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end execution of complex technical projects
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment on project objectives
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics Develop and maintain technical project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks
- Drive effective communication across all stakeholders, including executives, clients, and teams
- Oversee budgeting and cost management of technical projects Ensure adherence to industry best practices, security, and compliance standards
- Promote conscious use of AI and technology to improve efficiency without compromising security
