Job Description

POSITION- Team Leader- Process Engineer Job Profile:

• Tool, Jigs, Fixtures & Gauges design on Creo CAD software (2D & 3D), Autocad
• Process planning, manufacturing feasibility study & machining sequence planning
• Strip Layout Design
• Preparation of Process Drawings
• Design verification w.r.t. design standards w.r.t GD&T
• BOM, Costing of tools and process.
• Troubleshooting in Tools, Jigs, Fixture
• Conducting trials, problem anticipation & analysis.
• PPAP compliance

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in Tool Design & Manufacturing from (NTTF/GTTC/CTTC/IGTR)/BE-Mech/DME/Post Diploma in Tool Design
• Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Press Tool/Gauge/Fixture design
• Hands on & experience in Progressive, Draw & Forming Tool Design
• Thorough knowledge of Sheet Metal operations
• Knowledge of tool manufacturing and design
• Good Communication Skill
