Location Bangalore580/B, 3rd floor, NCR Arcade, Santhosapuram Service Road, Sector 6 HSR Layout Bangalore Karnataka 560102This is a full-time, on-site Team lead - Motor Insurance role located in Indore at Renewbuy (https://www.renewbuy.com/). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of insurance professionals to develop, implement and manage a range of motor insurance products. Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the team, overseeing quality assurance, providing guidance and support to team members, and developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer service and drive business results. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, insurance, finance or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in the motor/automobile insurance industry, with at least 3 years in a team lead or management role
• Expertise in the principles and practices of underwriting, claims management, pricing, distribution and product development in the motor insurance sector
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of insurance professionals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business results
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, guidelines and industry standards
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, agencies and internal departments
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and experience with insurance management software systems.
