Job Description
Purpose :
To manage Electrical/instrumentation site execution activities and deliverable including day to
day working and coordination to ensure smooth execution of project related deliverable. Primary
link between the project team and the relevant technical disciplines (procurement, engineering
specialists, contracting) as well as being the point of contact for FEED and contractors.
Primary Responsibilities:
Planning, controlling and execution of all Instrumentation erection activities,
commissioning of instrumentation and control system within the Project schedule.
Contractor bill checking and its certification.
Material reconciliation.
Plan day to day activities, manage manpower as per work priority.
Ensure smooth transitions between project stages, across sites and between key
stakeholders.
Identifies construction issues and coordinates its resolution.
Coordinates development of Project Management System deliverables as well as reviews
Coordinates construction activities like cable tray work, impulse tubing, instrument
installation , loop checking and turnover.
Manage Management of Change process to ensure changes are appropriately reviewed,
approved and documented.
Human resources management, leading a team of contractor.
Ensure quality of work as per standards.
