Role: RIS/PACS Techno Functional Lead
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced RIS/PACS Techno Functional Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in implementing RIS/PACS in large enterprises. They will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation process, from requirement gathering to end-user training. They will also be responsible for interacting with radiologists and other users to ensure that the system meets their needs.
Must have:
- Strong understanding of MWL Protocol and DICOM format.
- Strong understanding of Image viewers and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of Radiology department workflows.
- Strong understanding of PACS.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of RIS/PACS systems.
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure the system to meet requirements.
- Train end users on how to use the system.
- Interact with radiologists and other users to ensure that their needs are met.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide support to users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in implementing RIS/PACS systems in medium to large enterprise hospitals.
- Strong understanding of RIS/PACS technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
