Front End Developer - React @ Bounteous x Accolite

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and reusable user interface components using React.js
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development
  

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks (e.g., SASS, Styled Components, Tailwind CSS)
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling (Axios, Fetch)
• Knowledge of Webpack, Babel, and modern build tools
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Next.js or other React frameworks
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio on GitHub
