Greetings from Invensis Technologies - Bangalore (J.P. Nagar). We are hiring for CRM Executives for our organisation. Note - We are looking for immediate joiners. 6 months plus experience is desirable. Please find the job description below:

Job Description
- Take telephone calls from dealerships (B2B) and assist in usage of application
- Log tickets for bugs reported by dealerships
- Coordinate with internal teams CX/Sales to assist end user
- Perform level 1 and level 2 troubleshooting to fix frequently occurring problems
- Proficiency in 2 languages MUST Hindi and English
- Require 1 year min similar experience in troubleshooting applications
