Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead with strong expertise in AWS-based solution delivery and project management. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of cloud and digital transformation projects, ensuring high-quality execution, client satisfaction, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of AWS-based projects from initiation to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, QA, and DevOps
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client and business objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage budgets, and track progress
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and team performance
• Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience (8+ years) in IT project delivery with at least 3- 5 years in AWS-based projects
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and architecture
• Hands-on experience in agile project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer) is a strong advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in BFSI, fintech, or high-regulation environments
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
