Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Analyst Lead with significant experience in sales process auditing. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance processes within our organization, particularly focusing on auditing sales processes. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide actionable insights to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

1. Sales Process Auditing: Conduct comprehensive audits of the sales processes to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures. Analyse sales data, customer interactions, and sales transactions to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.

2. Quality Assurance Management: Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to maintain high standards of excellence in sales operations. Collaborate with sales teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for measuring success.

3. Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives and sales teams based on established criteria and metrics. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to enhance sales skills and productivity.

4. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate root causes of sales process deficiencies, customer complaints, and quality issues. Develop corrective and preventive action plans to address underlying issues and improve overall sales effectiveness.

5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of audit findings, quality metrics, and performance evaluations. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management review, highlighting areas of improvement and best practices.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, and operations, to streamline processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

7. Technology Utilization: Leverage technology solutions and tools to automate quality assurance processes, data analysis, and reporting. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in sales technology to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

8. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops for sales teams to reinforce best practices, compliance requirements, and quality standards. Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on audit methodologies and techniques.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Quality Management) preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Proven track record of conducting sales process audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in documentation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Salesforce).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving quality and performance goals.
