Dear Candidates,

We are in requirement of Civil Engineers for the following categories: 

1. Assistant Engineer 3 to 6 years experience Salary range from 20k to 27k 
2. Site Engineer 7 to 11 years' experience Salary range from 30k to 42k 
3. Senior Site Engineer 11 to 15 years' experience Salary range from 40k to 55k 

The common JD given below for your kind information. 

• The candidate should be from Diploma in Civil or BE Civil 
• Should have good knowledge in Word, Excel, power point and AutoCAD 
• Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification 
• Should have good experience in independent Residential Building/Apartment construction 
• Should have experience in high end flats, villas or independent houses preferably. 
• Should have two wheeler and have experience in working at Chennai 
• Should have good experience in finishing work like tiling, flooring, painting & marble works etc. 
• Should have good experience in residential construction from beginning till interior hand over of the building.
• We don't want resumes who have experience in construction of tunnel, bridges, road, hostels, warehouses etc. 
• Candidates have not jumped jobs too often in short time from companies.
