In that case, we invite you to attend the interview for a Voice Sales Specialist position to handle queries/calls from business and retail customers with the best use of customer service and sales skills through calls, chats, and emails.
Role & responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Answering customer questions about car parts and the purchase process
- Maximize sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needs, both existing and potential clients
- Work with the sales team to meet sales targets and achieve revenue goals
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the finance and service teams, to provide a seamless customer experience
Preferred candidate profile:
- P.A.R.T.S. ( Proactive, Ambitious, Responsible, Team Player, and Sincere )
- Must have a strong command of English
- Basic knowledge of Cars and Auto Parts is a plus
- Must have an American Communication accent
- Must have good knowledge of Computers
- Must be ready for the Night Shift
- Must have Strong multitasking skills
