Manager- Quality ( Clinical) @ Narayana Health

Job Description

• Pro-active project identification through data analysis
• Supervision of clinical projects for implementation in units initiated from corporate quality office
• Periodical reassessment of ongoing clinical projects at unit level.
• Facilitate and conducts meeting for clinical initiatives
• Engages in the planning of the clinical governance program
• Engages in the planning and implementation of accreditation activity (especially clinical requirements for JCIA & NABH).
• Continuous Assessment and audits in the units
• Enable Process improvement initiative
• Pro-active Risk assessment and Management
• Manage & oversee a team
• Training of unit stakeholders on new clinical initiatives
• Brings together staff of different disciplines (clinicians & nurses) and driving the group to formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures & clinical initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Preferably from B.Sc. Nursing/ BDS/Physiotherapy background
• Experience: Previous experience of working for medical/clinical quality improvement & mandatorily having worked on JCIA.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability
• Planning and project management skills
• The ability to lead and motivate a team
• A strategic approach to work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Accreditation Knowledge (JCIA & NABH)
• Internal Auditing skills
• Hand on experience on quality tools and techniques
• Open to travel across the country in various units of NH
