1. Follow the established procedures and policies of the company.

2. Prepare CAPEX for Green and Brown field Projects as per requirement.

3. To ensure the timely completion of Project and with in the allotted budget. Budget tracking with respect to cost centre allocations.

4. To ensure all the legal and statutory requirements are met for the projects planned and comply.

5. Ensure all the audit findings are compiled within the stipulated time.

6. Non-complying aspects and corrective actions - implementation of action plan as per QMS.

7. Documentation and data control related with SMV-projects.

8. Implementation of GMP regulations.

9. Plan and Implementation of energy conservation measures.

10. Identification of training needs in the department.

11. Ensure safe working environment in the project sites.

12. Plan and support procurement for all the material related to the projects.

13 .Coordination with all stake holders to smooth handover of Project.

14. Preparation and review of Qualifications.

15. Preparation and reviewing documents / records related to QMS and EMS.

16. Review deviation reports, deviation requests and change controls.

17. Drive for the Project management which includes Planning, Execution, Organizing and Control & Closure.

18. Enquiry floating to vendors, technical discussion and techno commercial comparision

19. Co-ordination for audits (Internal and external) related to QMS and EHS management system. 20. Coordination with vendors for post ordering and coordination for technical part from project side.
