Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital markeng strategy aligned with
business goals. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital markeng technologies to
ensure the organizaon's compeve edge.

2. Content Creaon and Management: Create and curate engaging and relevant content for various digital plaorms,
including websites, social media, and email campaigns. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
across all digital channels.

3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the organizaon's presence on social media plaorms. Create and schedule content, monitor engagement, and analyze performance
metrics. Stay abreast of social media trends and explore new opportunies for growth.
4. Search Engine Opmizaon (SEO): Opmize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
5. Email Markeng: Plan and execute email markeng campaigns to nurture leads and engage exisng
customers. Monitor email campaign performance and implement improvements based on
analycs.

6. Digital Adversing: Create, manage, and opmize paid adversing campaigns on plaorms such as
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor ad spend, ROI, and adjust strategies to maximize results.

7. Analycs and Reporng: Use analycs tools to track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
for all digital markeng efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, highlighng successes
and areas for improvement.

8. Collaboraon: Collaborate with cross-funconal teams, including sales, design, and product teams,
to ensure cohesive and integrated markeng efforts. Stay in constant communicaon with team members to align digital strategies with
broader markeng goals.
