Data Architect SAP BW Role focuses on designing and managing BW data architectures while ensuring smooth data integration processes
Key Capabilities
Architecting data warehousing solutions with SAP BW BW on HANA and SAP HANA to support comprehensive data storage and analytics
Expert level design and development skills in SAP BW BW4HANA Interfaces Data Modelling Data Acquisition Analysis Administration and Authorizations
Proficient in researching tracking and resolving data and system issues from SAP BWHANADataStage to SAP and integrated peripheral systems PaPM SAC etc
Troubleshooting and working support team to resolve data load issues
Developing integration strategies proficient in security and access authorizations
Key Activities
Designing endtoend SAP integration architectures including systems like SAP BW SAP S4HANA SAP PaPM SAC and thirdparty applications
Data Modelling Developing robust data models and databases within SAP environments to ensure data integrity security and compliance
Performance Optimization Optimizing performance of SAP integrations data acquisition processes and data warehousing solutions This includes implementing tuning strategies for SAP HANA environments
Understand business requirements change requests and translate into BW configurations Design development and support for Data Acquisition Modelling and Analysis artifacts
Enable and manage ETLs for data integrations tofrom SAP and nonSAP system
Work with massive datasets develop and optimize data solutions and ensure data availability reliability and performance
Participate in deployments system upgrades and enhancements ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to BAU
Act as a subject matter expert on SAP BW and provide guidance 2nd line support and support to other team members as needed
