Desired Cand:9idate Profile

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Result Oriented, Self Driven, Analytical, Strong Interpersonal and Good communication skills, team management skills.

Good communication skills- written and verbal.

Team leadership, excellent skills in Planning, Problem Solving, and Opportunity Creation.

Candidate must have 2-5 Years of experience in similar experience in a service domain handling a customer helpdesk job with knowledge or experience of any technical domain to understand terminologies.

Candidates must be good in English communication LOCATION OF WORK: Customer Service, VOICE & NON VOICE, MNC, BPO, KPO. Ensuring Must possess good persuasion skill.
