Job Description
Vice President and Head of Delivery:
The position will be responsible for
- The delivery of services, programs, projects and COE initiatives across various Industry verticals.
- Be responsible to the CEO on operational issues
- Provide sales support (pre-sales) in SAP S4HANA, SFDC and RPA
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The role will require the candidate to provide leadership to the Delivery managers / Program Managers / Project Managers in running the delivery and operations
- Meet and excel the customer needs, as well as, internal needs, such as working closely with the Sr. leadership team and achieving operational parameters
- Prepare and crystalize the groundwork for all development and conceptualize different service offerings & solutions to customer,
- Ensuring the delivery of services for customer contracted work.
- Would need to take ownership of all key performance parameters
- Design and implement frameworks for performance optimization, scalability, security, reusability for delivery excellence and customer delight
- Introduce best practices in IT Project implementation
- Well versed in in AGILE, ASAP and ACTIVATE methodologies
- Responsible for establishing operating procedures, work assignments, planning, and all project management activities across technologies
- The role would also need to closely work with the CEO and Sales heads to meet top line and bottom line targets
Qualification, Skills & Experience:
Overall 20+ experience in the industry with a minimum 15 years+ of experience covering delivery management
Candidate is expected to have following skills / experience:
- Experience at customer site as onsite account manager / Sr .delivery manager or experience as Technology Practice Head / Delivery Head for Horizontal or Industry verticals
- Experience of managing multiple customers across geographies
- Fixed Price with SLA based project execution
- Offshore DM experience
- Well-versed with quality management processes
- Pre-sales exposure in SAP/ERP areas
- Good Networking across the Industry
- Proven people leadership
- Deeper understanding of cost-cutting methods and procedures
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and both technical and non- technical
Qualification: Postgraduate in Business Management from reputed Institutions
