Job Description

JD:

5-8 years of experience supporting SCADA/OT applications, preferably in the utilities sector.
Solid understanding of SCADA system fundamentals and troubleshooting methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to resolve application, SFTP, and basic API connectivity issues.
Working knowledge of OT security concepts and patching procedures.
Proficient with OT protocols (DNP3, OPC, Modbus) and basic scripting.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with technical documentation and support ticketing systems.
