: GRE(Guest Relation Executive)

• Education: Graduate, Diploma in Hospitality, Aviation
• Experience: Should have worked as a Front Desk, Guest relation in Service Industry
• Languages spoken: English, Hindi, Marathi
• Reporting: Would report directly to the promoters of the project

The Company is Looking for hiring passionate people who have the zeal to outshine and who have the vision to achieve greater roles in life.

The Candidate should be extremely presentable, Good Communicator, Very Hardworking with excellent relationship management skills.

Role and Responsibilities: -

• The Candidate should be able to meet and greet every visitor and be able to resolve queries if any and have complete information about the studio and confidently communicate with the clients.
• In addition, she should be able to demonstrate daily the management ability, knowledge, attitude and should be doing the right thing and represent the Company well
• Should Accompany the Guests and give them a memorable tour of the Studio
• Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact, get the client associated with the place
• Answer incoming calls to the Site and provide appropriate response
• Handle any Client grievances and address the same and satisfy them with excellent service
• The Candidate should be able to track the visitors entry and do regular follow ups with the clients, convincing them to re-visit.
