Job Description
EPBCS:
- Exposure to end to end Implementation experiences in EPBCS for FP&A
- Experience in any of these modules in EPM would be a bonus: EDMCS, Narrative Reporting & ARCS
- Able to work on changes/enhancements to introduce/modify business rules, data load rule, mappings, forms, and any other configurational changes in EPM (EPBCS is a must)
- Also, must have knowledge on business rules, forms, calculation scripts, along with exposure to data management or data exchange in EPBCS
- Experience with Dimensions and cubes.
- Connection setups between source, OIC and local cloud.
- Smartview knowledge is required.
- Able to work on/trouble shoot issues with integrations to Fusion, OIC and other EPM modules (e.g., EDMCS)
- Work collaboratively to review, test and release monthly patches for EPM
- Experience working with Project delivery tools like Azure DevOps
- Have the appetite and willingness to learn other modules in EPM or Oracle Fusion
- Good communication skills in English with ability to drive conversations with Finance stakeholders to clearly identify requirements.
- Ability to clearly demonstrate solutions to stakeholders.
- Collaboratively work with Team and Stakeholders to drive positive results.
- Knowledge in Finance operations (either through working in core Finance or in Finance Systems) OR Finance qualification
- Good problem-solving skills to enable resolving BAU issues.
- Oracle Fusion experience in GL optional
EDMCS:
1. Knowledge and experience on configuring views and its related data chains.
2. Knowledge on external application connection set up, properties, roles, and permissions.
3. Exposure on migration between production and non-prod environments
4. Should have good knowledge on subscriptions, export process, and request activity within EDMCS.
5. Must have knowledge of working on Oracle monthly release.
6. Should have experience with meta data, i.e. dimensions.
7. Knowledge on EPM Automate.
Good To have
ARCS:
1. Must have knowledge on Reconciliation compliance and Balance comparison methods.
2. Should have end to end knowledge of Reconciliation process.
3. Experience with roles and permissions
4. Experience with migration between production and non-prod environments
5. Must have knowledge of working on Oracle monthly release.
6. Must have exposure with data management or data exchange in ARCS
7. Knowledge on application configuration, profiles period etc..
