Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and application forms
• Maintaining good communication skill & convincing skills
• Coordinating with TPOs of Engineering colleges & Business Schools & Technical Institutes
• Working & learning develop them with best skill set to fit the industrial requirement,
• Arranging seminars & presenting the requirement of skilled manpower in industries.
• Meeting targets with deadlines
• Managing batches of students with full capacity, counseling, issue of students & motivating them
• Encouraging students to adopt our courses to attain required skills
• Maintaining HR-related reports as needed
• Performing basic tasks of Human Resource which will be assigned to you

Qualifications and Essential Skills

• MBA/PGDM (HR)
• Experience with MS Office
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting, Public Relations
• Excellent Communication skills
• Admirable experience in Multi-Tasking
• Exceptional Interpersonal skills
• Time management, Teamwork, Decision making

Compensation Package:

1.4 to 4.0 Lacs per annum (Quarterly Salary Revisions according to performance for 1^st Year)
