We are looking out for Highly Motivated & Dynamic Sales Professional with exposure to Construction Equipment Sales as below :

With India, harping on boom in construction activities organization provide a broader range of construction equipments and its spare parts .

Position : Regional Sales Manager

Location :West (Mumbai), South (Hyderabad), East (Kolkata), North (Delhi)

Requirement : Minimum 5 to 12 years of Construction Equipment Sales.

The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, particularly in static boom placer equipment, along with proven sales leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for static boom placer products within the region.

2.Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet performance goals.

3.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.

4.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

5.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.

6.Collaborate with marketing, product management, and technical support teams to ensure alignment in strategies and effective product positioning.

7.Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant metrics to senior management.

8.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote static boom placer products and represent the company professionally.
