We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at BMC Helix. This role is pivotal in driving our digital advertising efforts across various platforms, which may include Google Ads, 6sense ABM ads, LinkedIn Ads and others. The ideal candidate will not only excel in optimizing ad performance but also ensure a seamless and engaging experience for visitors once they land on our website. This role requires a blend of tactical execution and strategic thinking to drive growth and achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple digital ad channels that may include Google Ads, 6sense ABM ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
Monitor and analyze ad performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with the web team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and aligned with ad messaging.
Track and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Regularly analyze data and report on analytics and insights from digital ads and related landing page performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising and landing page optimization.
Work closely with the other areas of marketing and product teams to align advertising strategies and messaging.
Develop and execute a strategic plan for digital advertising that goes beyond day-to-day optimizations.
Potentially conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve landing page performance.
Potentially recommend web personalization to further enhance performance.
