AMPL has been a main dealer of Leyland Motors, UK and has also been engaged in CKD assembly of Leyland vehicles till 1955, when Leyland Motors, U.K. entered into financial and technical collaboration with Ashok Leyland. The company thereafter took up marketing of products manufactured by Ashok Leyland in the states of Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat, Mahindra in Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat. Kobelco and Audi has since been added to their list of dealerships. Role Description This full-time Senior Sales Manager role is located on-site in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing, developing, and implementing sales strategies for the company's automotive products. They will be responsible for identifying new markets and opportunities for growth, managing and training the sales team, and achieving sales. targets and objectives. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the automotive industry Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing strategies Ability to drive results and meet sales targets and deadlines Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Experience in dealership management is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
