Job Description

SITE ENGINEER Roles & Responsibilities Design and develop electrical systems, components, and products based on project requirements, industry standards, and safety guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to ensure integrated and effective solutions. Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Perform calculations and simulations to analyze and optimize electrical designs for efficiency, reliability, and performance. Select appropriate components, materials, and equipment for electrical systems, considering factors such as cost, availability, and specifications. Conduct tests and experiments on prototypes or existing systems to validate design concepts and troubleshoot issues. Participate in the development of technical documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and maintenance procedures. Ensure compliance with. relevant industry standards, codes, regulations, and safety practices in all electrical designs and implementations. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source components and equipment, and manage procurement processes. Provide technical support to manufacturing, installation, and maintenance teams during the implementation phase. Stay current with advancements in electrical engineering technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in our projects and products. Lead or contribute to brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and team discussions to foster creativity and problem-solving. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer or in a similar role within the [Engineering/Construction/Manufacturing] industry. Proficiency in electrical design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, EAGLE, etc.). Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, circuit theory, and power distribution. Familiarity with control systems, instrumentation, and automation technologies. Experience with electrical testing and measurement equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues. Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Professional licensure or certification (e.g., Professional Engineer license) may be preferred
