• Candidate should have atleast 12 years experience in PM role
• Experience must in Investment Banking domain
• Well versed with Agile (Safe) methodologies. PI Planning and Jira management
• Should have good inter-personal, presentation and project reporting skills and will be required to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Would be expected to understand cross system flows and dependencies.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• AI & Automation Expertise: Experience in managing AI and automation projects to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and improve efficiency.
• Ethical AI Leadership: Proven ability to manage AI projects adhering to ethical guidelines, ensuring transparency, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
• Digital Transformation & Technological Savvy: Foundational understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation technologies driving digital transformation in banking sectors.
