We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a UK Banking Customer Support Representative. As an integral part of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our banking customers across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat channels.
  2. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and troubleshooting of online banking services.
  3. Educate customers on banking products, services, and self-service options available to them.
  4. Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and effectively, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
  5. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures while handling customer inquiries and transactions.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services or BPO environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and professional phone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and patience.
  • Familiarity with banking products, services, and terminology.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and workflows.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
