Hiring for Back Office Support

Role: Operations (Data Entry)

Process: Non voice

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Location: Chennai (Sholinganallur)

Working Days: 5 days

Shift: UK Shift (Rotational)

Qualification: Graduates Fresher (Only Females)

Salary:

Fresher: 15 CTC

Roles and Responsibilities:

a. Processes requests in an accurate and timely manner.
b. Ensure that set production turnaround times are met.
c. Research and resolve issues in request given the tools provided by the project.
d. Communicate and coordinate with the Team Lead and onshore counter-parts to resolve questions and or issues on transactions
e. Ensure that necessary updates in the Daily production log are done accurately and timely.
f. Participate in daily team huddles.
g. Should be flexible to support other teams internally as and when required.
h. Ensures individual and team service levels are met or exceeded.
i. Individual and team daily production turnaround time target should be met or exceeded.
Quality
j Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually.
k. Solid problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer inquiries.
l. Possess the ability to perform with confidence to meet the targets.
m. Coordinate with TLs and give inputs to update processing docs for the team.
