Assistant Manager - Navi Mumbai - Hexaware @ Hexaware Technologies

Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

• Experience in Pricing of Portfolios & NAV calculation, experience in impact analysis.
• Should be well versed with reasonability checks of impacts due to Mark to Market (currencies & international securities) domestic Income, expenses, Corp. Action or due to portfolio price changes. Identify and remedy pricing exceptions and perform research to validate and correct the price.
• Price analysis and validation on a daily basis to ensure that securities are accurately updated.
• Provide support to Fund Accounting for NAV finalization, confirm on NAV impacting holdings.
• Dealing with various types of instruments like Bond, Equity, Mutual fund, Fixed income. Dealing with various corporate actions. Ensure to clear various exceptions such as No price, Halted security, Stale price, Suspect price, Expired Security.
• Knowledge of fund pricing and activities for assigned funds such as redemption, distribution, corporate actions. Performing daily pricing activities in accordance with client price source Authorization such as pricing of equities, fixed income securities and various types of derivatives instruments.
• Analyzing documentation and performing business operations

Experience: Relevant experience in financial process for 8-15 years as per grade.

Skills / competency requirements:

1. Strong domain expertise with good people manager

2. Worked on Pricing, Private Equity, Investment Banking Operations, Fund, Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds

3. Co- ordinate with Fund accounting, corporate action, GPS for daily NAV calculation.

4. Proficiency in MS Office, Worked on Bloomberg, Reuters, IDC, JPM , Markit. ..

5. Experience in managing international customer

6. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

7. Experience in working with internation clients across regions.

8. Responsible for process deliverables as per agreed SLAs and quality.

9. Ability to prioritize tasks and workloads in order of importance.

10. Analyzing risk in the process and ensuring controls are in place.

11. Timely review of procedures & SOP and also serve as prime point of contact for escalation

12. AMFIC / NCFM or Other Financial certificates will be an added advantage.

Other details:

Flexible to work in US shifts with Sat- Sun fixed off.

Compensation depends on current CTC, Interview &market standard.
