Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proficient in multitasking and overseeing multiple projects, with the capability to accurately estimate the time needed to fulfill individual scopes of work.
- Skilled in utilizing Autodesk Products, BIM 360, and Navisworks including the ability to establish BIM models according to project standards and collaborate with Model Managers.
- Experienced in using clash coordination tools like BIMTRACK, BIM 360 issues, and Assemble.
- Actively participate in regular coordination meetings with the project team to address specific design issues, resolve clashes, and monitor overall project progress. Collaborate effectively with clients and the front office to ensure project continuity.
- Proficient in preparing and maintaining Project management documents such as RFI Tracker, Issues Log, Input tracker, MIDP, and BEP.
- Develop and implement standardized BIM workflows, protocols, and practices, ensuring adherence to company-specific BIM guidelines and accurate documentation of the BIM process.
- Demonstrate leadership and team management abilities.
- Possess strong communication and writing skills.
- Thorough understanding of all MEP services systems.
- Ability to modify designs and comprehend basic design requirements.
- Proficiency in implementing BIM automation.
- Skilled in utilizing Navis and Synchro to create 4D and 5D models.
- Capable of integrating the latest BIM trends into the organization.
- Skilled in raising and managing Requests for Information (RFI) and query management.
- Lead and manage the Mechanical BIM team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to optimize performance.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the accuracy and consistency of BIM models.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team members' BIM skills and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Perform performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for development.
Education & Experience Requirement:
- Should possess 6+ years experience in BIM Modeling
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, COBie and BIM 360
- Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
- Preferred Experience in Gulf Project
