- Should be capable of handling the projects of more than 10 Lac.Sqft High raised residential buildings.
- Should have technical knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG Sets, STP, HSD, Fire Fighting, HT line, Elevators.
- Should have experience in installing and commissioning the above items.
- Able to lead project managers, contractors, timely delivery of projects, billing etc.
- Efficient in project monitoring, Execution, Planning, Scheduling and coordination with clients and subcontractors.
- To provide support, advice and assistance to people and / or departments across the organization managing their own projects.
- To be responsible for defining project budgets and ensuring that they are well managed for the accountable budget holder.
- To be responsible for the delivery of project according to aims and objectives.
- To have good design coordination skills and responsible for design delivery
- Undertake any other tasks, duties or projects which may arise from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate must be from reputed Real Estate Development Company.
- Candidate should Have 12-15 plus years of experience in High raised Residential buildings specially with MIVAN structures
- Good leadership and Interpersonal Skills
