Architect and design of low cost RF cellular solutions for smart energy Wireless products
Custom antenna design work involving embedded systems
Expertise in simulation software such as HFSS and CST
Knowledge of RF testing and calibration techniques combined with practical PCB component changes and modifications required to achieve desired RF performance
Use of specialized RF test and measurement instrumentation
Analog and digital circuit design, Low power design
Microcontroller base product design
Design for EMI/EMC
Knowledge of Communication standards and certification
Hands on experience in conducting functional and qualification testing
Prepare engineering design document, test plan and test reports
DFM review with the cross functioning team such as mechanical, electrical hardware, firmware/software, and product ID team, to ensure RF performance
DFM review with antenna vendor, ensure design for manufacturability in high volume production
You will participate in schematic/layout review process and test and evaluate prototypes from initial engineering samples to mass production.
Aid in the design and development of equipment and systems, and redesign of existing systems to fulfill the needs of Honeywells customers.
Conducting research into the behaviour and effects of electromagnetic waves
Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) assistance to engineering team in the area of RF engineering
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Skills Required:

Bachelors degree - BE / BTECH
