Job Description

: We are seeking a skilled and experienced 2D/3D Designer proficient in SolidWorks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in engineering design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in creating detailed and accurate designs. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into detailed 2D and 3D designs using SolidWorks 2. Create accurate technical drawings, models, and assemblies according to project specifications and industry standards. 3. Utilize advanced features and functionalities of SolidWorks to optimize design efficiency and quality. 4. Perform design analysis and simulation to ensure structural integrity, functionality, and manufacturability of components and systems. 5. Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure alignment of. designs with project goals and timelines. 6. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design concepts and implementation. 7. Maintain organized project documentation and version control to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team. 8. Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in 2D and 3D design to continuously enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field. 2. Minimum 4 years of professional experience in 2D and 3D design using SolidWorks. 3. Strong proficiency in creating detailed technical drawings, models, and assemblies. 4. Excellent understanding of engineering principles and design standards. 5. Experience in design analysis, simulation, and optimization techniques. 6. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 7. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. 8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 9. Portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects. 10. Experience with other CAD software and design tools is a plus.
