Job Description

CorroHealth is looking for Certified HCC Medical Coder to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Certification : AAPC / AHIMA mandatory
Specialty : HCC Coding

Skills : Good knowledge in Team handling and Good communication.

Tasks

Review medical records to identify and assign appropriate codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services provided.
Ensure compliance with coding and documentation guidelines.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation of patient encounters.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding regulations and industry trends.
Identify coding errors and communicate with healthcare providers to resolve issues.
Perform coding audits to ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
Provide coding education and training to healthcare providers and staff.
Generate reports and analyze coding data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to coding and billing processes.
Maintain confidentiality of patient health information and ensure compliance with regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
