Above 4 Years B. Tech/ B. E. - IT, BCA - Computers, PG - M. Tech , MCA Computers. Job Responsibilities :
Manages department and overall expectations pertaining to setting accurate schedules, costs and resources.
Ensures delivery against QA department goals and objectives, i. e. Meeting commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance schedule.
Provides necessary definition, development and deployment of product quality assurance strategy, addressing all phases of product development.
Troubleshooting and high tier support.
Establish and maintain policy for documentation of all products.
Implements ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams. Desired Candidate Profile
Understand the requirements and the functionality of the software system and design test cases.
Written and verbal interaction with other team members / customers.
Problem Solving and Decision Making skills.
