Job Description

One of our reputed MNC Life Insurance clients is looking for Branch Manager- Branch Customer Service & Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a team of BSMs who sell Insurance products based on financial needs of the customer and suggest the right solution
  • To ensure that the BSMs act upon leads passed on by Operations Dept.
  • To look for and seize opportunities to expand the network circle and gain business
  • To ensure compliance to all IRDA & company regulations (Ethical Selling)
  • To follow DISHA (Need based selling)
  • To pitch in for closing a sale as and when required by team members
  • To guide, coach and monitor newly joined peers and work as a mentor to them
  • To effectively coordinate with the internal customers for the smooth login of a proposal
  • To update system, database & MIS tracker on daily basis
  • To interact regularly with customers to ensure a committed & partnership based relationship
  • To maintain outstanding relations with customers to ensure high persistency levels & to minimize lapses
  • To review customers financial arrangements at least once a year
  • To provide continuous after sales support to customers as and when required like renewal collection, top-ups, premium redirection, switches, change of address
  • To act as an interlink between the customer and the company by providing timely & adequate operational & sales support
  • To achieve the organization goal for the assigned branch(s)/geography in terms of revenue.
  • To interact regularly with customers to ensure a committed & partnership based relationship
  • To maintain outstanding relations with customers to ensure high persistency levels & to minimize lapses
  • To review customers financial arrangements at least once a year
  • To provide continuous after sales support to customers as and when required like renewal collection, top-ups, premium redirection, switches etc.
