Managing Sales of Home Loan Products -Sourcing business through open market through different channels. Fulfilling the leads.
Implement & develop sales activities to achieve the target.
Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation.
Responsibilities include the development, preparation, and promotion of home loan programs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the clients for repeat business or referrals.
Meet clients, verify documents, process files for sanction, and coordinate for disbursement of loans.
Candidates should be aggressive in Sales.
Good Knowledge of Sales in Home loans (HL), loans against Property (LAP) or Mortgages.
Must have good convincing and negotiation skills.
Must be proactive and go-getter
Communication skills should be good.
Must be presentable.
Should have a focused mindset for the Hardcore sales profile.
Knowledge about legal and Technical aspects of home loans.
