Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date.
- Assist with payroll processing and leave/attendance management.
- Support in the execution of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues.
- Prepare HR-related reports such as attrition, recruitment status, and employee headcount.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in performance management processes and appraisals.
