1.Generate & service ticket home loan/LAP/ leads through various Channels (Direct)
Marketing activities in the catchment areas of branches
2.Manage branch relationship,generate & service leads referred by microfinance staff in the
assigned branch.
3. Manage collections rhythm for initial 5 days of the month to ensure early bucket collections are cleared through NACH and physical/digital collections for customers who bounce their EMIs.
4. Customers due diligence on business and collateral before onboarding (File Login).
5. Maintain the yield and profitability assigned by the organization from time to time.
Good communication skills

Knowledge of local customers and target businesses
Age between 18 - 35 years.
Graduate--(Undergraduate also can Apply)
Experience in Sales field is an added advantage.
