Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing the construction project, overseeing the daily operations on site, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures. Qualifications Experience in construction management and supervision Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and. construction plans Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques Experience in project scheduling and budget management Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
