Job Summary Manage HR responsibilities of the growing startup with a focus on recruitment. Responsibilities and Duties recruiting and staffing logistics; organization development; employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting; employee orientation, development, and training; policy development and documentation; employee relations; company employee communication; compensation and benefits administration; employee services and counseling. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications At least 3 years experience in various roles of HR administration Experience with payroll management a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 200,000.00 - 320,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
