Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing ID Strategies.
- Creating storyboards and Content outline.
- Content structuring & re-modeling and scripting.
- Must have good experience of working with SMEs
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design models, theories, taxonomies
- Should be well versed in learning/training development life cycle
- Should have good creative and visualization skills
- Must have excellent communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifies opportunities to incorporate new technology into client learning toolset.
