Role: Chief Manager-Finance & Accounts
Location: Noida
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expert knowledge of handling Direct/ Indirect taxation
- Knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis Annual budgeting, Monthly P&L and MIS Reports and variance Analysis.
- Finalizing quarterly, half yearly and annual Financial Statements aper IND AS.
- Finalisation of Income Tax computation, Tax Audit etc.
- Well versed with managing statutory and management audits.
- Preparing & managing data for Statutory Audit, Income tax Audit and GST Audit.
- Revenue Recognition, identify the gaps & built control.
- Expert knowledge of GST Compliance including review of monthly Returns, reconciliations, Annual returns.
Job Requirement:
- High level of integrity and excellent work ethics.
- Team player with good interpersonal relationship building skills.
- Value-driven and customer service focused approach.
- Ability to direct and supervise.
- CA with 5+ post qualification.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Expert in MS Office Applications.
