Job Description
Wipro is looking for IT recruiters for a Contractual Role.
Open Loc : Bangalore / Hyderabad
Employment Type : Contractual ( 6 months ) | Might get renewed basis company requirement & performance.
Shifts : Regular

Job Role :
- Create and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Sourcing Candidates - Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Work closely with hiring managers and departments to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Conduct & Coordinate Walk-in Drives.
Requirement :
- Should have at least 3 Years of experience in Recruitment ( IT )
- Should be okay to work with volume requirement.
- Looking for someone who can join on an early basis.
- Should be comfortable working from office.
