Role: AI/ ML Application Technical Analyst
Location : Hyderabad
Experience Range: 5 to 12years
We are looking for talented people to join our team, focusing on:
- Providing support to wide range of end-users AI/ML solutions with AI accelerators
- Ensuring users AI models meet the expected performance on target hardware.
- Ensuring easy to use and proficient Developer Experience for end users.
- Verifying that these models get deployed in an efficient and scalable way.
- Hands on proficiency in AI Software Stack, Machine Learning Techniques, debugging 3rd party code
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the cutting edge of AI on both SW infrastructure and enablement on state-of-the-art AI hardware technologies! We have roles both as team lead and team member
Experience:
- Overall Experience: 5+ Years of experience in development/triaging/debugging roles (10+ for lead role)
- AI/ML Knowledge: 2+ years experience with common AI/ML algorithms, architectures, tools, and practices. Familiarity with model training, inference, and quantization.
- AI/ ML Frameworks: Knowledge about PyTorch, ONNX, TensorFlow
- AI/ ML Model Repositories: Familiarity with repositories like Huggingface, Ultralytics, FuxiCTR
- Technical Support: Familiarity with software technical support processes, ensuring that end users have the best experience with the software and hardware by achieving expected performances.
Necessary Hard Skills:
- Python and/or C/C++ programming
- PyTorch
- Windows and Linux
- Documenting applicable solutions to be included in users guide
Necessary Soft Skills:
- Patience to work with end users.
- Working with end users to address their questions, debugging their problems and documenting solutions.
- Debugging code to pin-point areas of problems.
- Strong communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good teamwork and ability to comprehend the big picture.
- Quickly picking up details of a new domain
Optional but Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience with data engineering and machine learning pipelines.
Academic Credentials
- The candidate must have a Bachelors or Masters degree in CS or EE.
