Job Description

Purpose/Objective

As a Strategy Manager at Adani, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our renewable energy business, contributing to sustainable development and driving impactful change in the industry.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and maximize the potential of renewable energy projects - Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and potential risks in the renewable energy sector - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with the overall business objectives and drive effective execution - Evaluating and assessing the competitive landscape to identify areas for differentiation and sustainable competitive advantage - Creating strategic business plans, including financial projections and risk assessment, to support the long-term success of renewable energy projects - Monitoring and evaluating the performance of strategic initiatives, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes - Communicating and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership, influencing decision-making processes with well-supported insights and analysis - Staying abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant post-graduate qualification preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in strategy development and implementation within the renewable energy industry
