Roles & Responsibilities- Ability to establish KPI, review & manage security logs and provide reports based on KPI and metrics. Continuously read and monitor the Log Analyzer tool Interact with customer/vendor teams to manage security events Extract info from tools and send reports of SOC monitoring activities at predefined intervals. Requirements- Good understanding of Security and Networking basics Ready to work in shifts on a 24/7 environment Good communication & customer interaction skills . Knowledge of SIEM tools preferred Ability to maneuver through a problem situation with logic
